Job Summary

Royal York Property Management is hiring experienced Property Managers to manage the owner and tenant experience across active residential property-management files. Direct property-management experience is preferred but not required. Strong account, portfolio or client-service managers with experience managing multiple files, relationships and escalations are encouraged to apply.

This role is for someone who can keep files moving, keep clients informed, manage urgent issues and remain organized in a high-volume environment. You will be responsible for communication, follow-up, documentation, issue resolution and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

This is not a basic customer-service position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of client outcomes, manage multiple properties and files simultaneously, and communicate professionally with property owners, tenants, internal teams and service providers.

What You ll Do

- Act as the main point of contact for property owners and tenants throughout the management relationship.
- Manage multiple active clients, properties and files with strong organization and follow-through.
- Provide proactive updates so owners understand what is happening, what is pending and what comes next.
- Handle time-sensitive property and tenancy matters with urgency, professionalism and clear communication.
- Coordinate next steps between owners, tenants, internal departments, vendors and other service providers.
- Collect, review and track required property, owner and tenant documentation.
- Maintain complete CRM records, including notes, tasks, follow-ups, updates and file movement.
- Identify stalled files, missed follow-ups, client concerns and service problems before they escalate.
- Escalate serious issues promptly and use sound judgment to protect client satisfaction.
- Support a structured,



process-driven property-management experience from onboarding through ongoing management.

Requirements

- Three to five or more years of property management, account management, client success, client services, relationship management or comparable client-ownership experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients, properties, accounts or active files simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and confidence handling owner, tenant or client concerns.
- Strong process discipline and comfort working within a structured CRM and task-management system.
- Robust follow-up habits, task management and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize quickly in a high-volume environment.
- Professional judgment when handling complaints, escalations, deadlines and sensitive client matters.
- Ability to work independently during Eastern Time business hours.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

- Direct property-management, leasing, real estate operations or housing-related experience.
- Experience supporting both clients and end users, such as owners and tenants or customers and service providers.
- Experience working with North American clients.
- Experience in a high-volume, service-based, operations-heavy or SLA-driven environment.
- Experience coordinating maintenance, leasing, payments, documentation or service-provider activities.
- Comfort using AI and other tools to improve documentation, reporting, summaries and internal efficiency.
