Job Overview

We are looking for a Property Solutions Executive to understand client and brand requirements, identify suitable properties, and coordinate the complete property solution process.

The role involves requirement gathering, property matching, property onboarding, client coordination, and working closely with property owners and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and gather requirements from clients and brands.
- Collect details such as location, budget, property type, size, parking, accessibility, and other requirements.
- Identify and match suitable properties based on requirements.
- Coordinate with property owners, clients, brands, and internal teams.
- Share relevant property details and assist with property shortlisting.
- Coordinate property visits and follow-ups when required.
- Handle property onboarding and documentation coordination.




- Maintain updated client and property information.
- Follow up with stakeholders and ensure timely communication.
- Manage end-to-end coordination from requirement gathering to property onboarding.
- Build and maintain skilled relationships with clients and property owners.

Requirements
- Any Degree.
- 0.6 – 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate and property markets.
- Ability to understand and analyse client requirements.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify suitable properties based on client requirements.
- Candidates with relevant real estate knowledge and experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in real estate may also apply.

Salary & Incentives ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Salary will be decided based on the candidate's relevant real estate knowledge, experience, property-market understanding, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.
