Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Property Maintenance Executive/Manager to oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of company properties, buildings, residential premises, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day maintenance of buildings, offices, residences, gardens, and other company properties.

- Supervise electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry, painting, AC, and general repair works.

- Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance requirements.

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, technicians, and service providers.

- Monitor housekeeping, security, gardening, waste management, and overall cleanliness.

- Ensure timely completion of repair and preventive maintenance activities.

- Maintain records of maintenance work, expenses, materials, and service contracts.

- Check and maintain water supply, drainage, power supply, lighting, and other utilities.

- Ensure proper usage and availability of maintenance tools, equipment, and materials.





- Handle urgent maintenance issues and coordinate breakdown/emergency repairs.

- Monitor vendor performance and verify work completion before payment recommendations.

- Ensure compliance with basic safety and property maintenance standards.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly maintenance reports for management.

- Control maintenance expenses and avoid unnecessary costs.

- Coordinate with management for renovation, modification, and improvement works.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
