Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance professional to manage insurance-related operations, policy documentation, customer requests, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Property & Casualty insurance products, policy processing, underwriting support, endorsements, renewals, claims, and insurance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day Property & Casualty insurance operations and documentation.
- Process new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy changes.
- Review insurance applications, policy documents, certificates, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Support underwriting activities by collecting and validating required information.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers, brokers, clients, agents, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of policies, transactions, and customer information.
- Assist with claims-related documentation and follow-ups.
- Prepare and issue insurance-related documents, reports, certificates, and correspondence.
- Monitor policy renewals, expiration dates, pending transactions, and required follow-ups.
- Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and applicable insurance guidelines.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, turnaround-time,



and accuracy targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and policy information.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in P&C; insurance, insurance BPO, underwriting support, policy administration, claims, or insurance operations.
- Experience working with international insurance processes, particularly US insurance, will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with insurance terminology, policy forms, and documentation.
