We are currently expanding our team and looking for driven professionals to grow with us. : We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Supervisor to oversee our on-site electrical projects in all kerala.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial and commercial electrical work, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety and quality standards on site.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily site activities for ongoing industrial and commercial electrical projects. Enforce rigorous health, safety, and quality assurance standards across all electrical work. Lead, guide, and motivate a diverse workforce of electricians and technicians to ensure optimal performance. Coordinate seamlessly with the core project management team to ensure all deadlines are met. Manage site resources, track material inventory,
and proactively resolve any on-site issues to prevent project delays. Requirements: Proven hands-on experience in site supervision for large-scale electrical projects. In-depth technical understanding of industrial and commercial electrical systems and operations. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues on the spot. Salary &
