Brief On The Organization

Indian Institute of Public Health Gandhinagar (IIPHG) is a University established under IIPHG Act, 2015 of Gujarat State. It offers courses in the field of Public Health. It also undertakes various research projects in the field of Public Health. The university is established by Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) with support from the Government of Gujarat, Department of Health & Family Welfare.

Project Brief

IIPHG received a grant from the Department of Health Research (DHR), Government of India, to establish a Resource Hub for Health Technology Assessment (HTA). The Hub aims to strengthen evidence-informed policymaking through HTA and economic evaluation, supporting effective, equitable, and informed allocation of healthcare resources in India.

Economic Evaluation of Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) and Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Interventions in Indian Healthcare Facilities. A multicentric DHR-supported study to evaluate the costs, health outcomes, and economic implications of AMS and IPC interventions across healthcare facilities in India, generating evidence to inform healthcare decision-making and resource allocation.

Deliverables

 To collect all needed data from constructed or available tools from Hospital settings

 Hand over all collected data at the end of the working day

 Make data available for analyzing procedure

 Count and reconcile data in terms of quality and quantity

 Travel to the field as per the requirement





 Undertake Other Relevant Duties As Required

Qualification: Any Master’s degree in Social Science

Desirable: Master degree with B.Sc.

Nursing: Health Sciences / Nursing / Allied Health Sciences

Experience: Minimum 01 Year of Experience

Desirable: 1 Year of Experience in Hospital setting
