About the RolenWe are looking for a Project Planner to join our Fabrication Division and take responsibility for planning, monitoring and coordinating project execution from engineering and procurement through fabrication, dispatch and erection .

nThe role will work closely with Design, Procurement, Production, QA/QC, Logistics, Site and Commercial teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and potential delays are identified early.

Key Responsibilitiesn

n
- Prepare and maintain project execution schedules and project plans .
n
- Track planned vs. actual progress across engineering, procurement, fabrication, inspection, painting, dispatch and erection.
n
- Prepare weekly and monthly production and project plans .
n
- Coordinate with Production to achieve planned fabrication targets.
n
- Track material requirements, procurement and material availability .
n
- Coordinate with Design for timely release of fabrication/shop drawings.
n
- Monitor drawing revisions,



approvals and engineering-related delays.
n
- Coordinate fabrication and dispatch schedules with site/erection requirements.
n
- Identify project bottlenecks and escalate critical issues to management.
n
- Prepare project dashboards, MIS reports and recovery plans .
n
- Maintain explicit visibility of project status across multiple ongoing projects.
n
