About the Project

This position is part of a construction project at Palhera, Meerut, involving development of UPSRTC Maintenance Workshop/Depot facilities being constructed by NCRTC for the Delhi-Meerut RRTS Corridor. The scope includes administrative buildings, depot/workshop structures, PEB and steel structures, maintenance pits, roads and associated civil, structural, architectural and electrical works.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Team Leader to lead the execution and overall management of the project. The role will be responsible for site execution, project coordination, manpower planning, progress monitoring, quality, safety and coordination with the Engineer-in-Charge and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage overall construction activities at the project site.
- Oversee execution of civil, structural and architectural works.
- Supervise construction of administrative buildings, depot/workshop facilities, PEB and steel structures, maintenance pits, roads and associated works.
- Ensure execution as per approved GFC drawings, project specifications, BOQ and project requirements.
- Plan and monitor manpower, materials, equipment and other resources.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is carried out as per the approved work programme.
- Coordinate with Deputy Project Managers, Site Engineers, Planning, Quality, Electrical, Survey and Safety teams.
- Coordinate with the Engineer-in-Charge and other project representatives.




- Coordinate with the government authority, NCRTC (National Capital Region Transport Corporation), and other concerned project representatives to ensure smooth execution, approvals, inspections and timely resolution of site-related matters.
- Identify site constraints and ensure timely resolution of execution issues.
- Monitor quality, safety and overall workmanship at site.
- Ensure adequate manpower and resources are deployed according to project requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of total experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as In-charge of similar works.
- Solid knowledge of construction execution and site management.
- Good coordination and project management skills.
- Experience in large-scale building/infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Meerut, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
