Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects end-to-end. The role holds full ownership of site execution, project planning, and budget control, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The incumbent will act as the key link between site teams, consultants, and clients, driving coordinated execution across civil, structural, and allied packages.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 15–20 years of experience in industrial construction project management
- Proven track record of handling large-scale civil and structural execution

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, supervise, and execute all civil and structural site activities as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule
- Own the overall project plan, programme, and budget, driving completion on time and within cost
- Organize and run a daily evening team meeting to align the team on the next day's plan
- Manage labour, subcontractors, and site teams, allocating work and tracking progress against targets
- Interpret structural, architectural,



and GFC drawings; resolve site queries and coordinate with consultants and clients
- Plan material requirements and coordinate timely procurement and delivery
- Maintain measurement records and certify data for billing
- Ensure quality of workmanship and adherence to safety standards across all site activities
- Identify delays and cost overruns early, and drive corrective action to keep the project on track

Skills Required:

- Vendor Management – Sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendors for timely, cost-effective procurement
- Staff Management – Supervising site staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Labour Management – Planning labour deployment, tracking attendance, and maximizing productivity
- Material Management – Planning material needs, managing inventory, and reducing wastage
- End-to-End Site Execution – Handling projects from planning to handover, on time and within scope
- Client Coordination – Liaising with clients, sharing updates, and resolving concerns promptly
- Technical Civil Engineering Knowledge – Solid grasp of construction methods, site practices, and quality/safety standards

Special Requirements:

- Vendor & Material Management – Procurement, negotiation, and inventory control for cost-effective execution
- Site, Structural & Labour Management – End-to-end site/structural execution with labour deployment and productivity oversight
- Client Coordination – Client liaison, progress updates, and issue resolution for smooth delivery
