Ssquad Global is looking for an experienced Project Manager – SOC & IT Projects to join our team in Bangalore.

? Role Overview The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering SOC, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and technology projects from initiation through implementation, go-live, and service transition.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple SOC, cybersecurity, and IT projects end-to-end.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies,



and RAID logs.
- Coordinate with SOC, cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and vendor teams.
- Manage SOC implementation, transformation, integration, migration, and service transition projects.
- Coordinate projects involving SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, security monitoring, and threat intelligence.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables, and project timelines.
- Coordinate UAT, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
- Manage stakeholder and vendor communication and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and governance documentation.
- Ensure smooth transition of completed projects into BAU/operations.

? Requirements
- 4–7 years of overall IT experience with relevant project management experience.
- Experience managing SOC, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or technology projects.
- Good understanding of SOC operations and cybersecurity technologies.
- Exposure to SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
- Robust project planning, tracking, reporting, stakeholder, and vendor management skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with enterprise customers, MSSP/SOC environments is an advantage.

? Preferred: PMP / PRINCE2 / CAPM / ITIL / Security+ / ISO 27001 or equivalent certifications.
