Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Raipur.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Megwatt size solar energy projects including daily responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing resources, tracking milestones, and ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. The role involves working closely with expeditors, logistics teams, and inspection personnel to ensure timely procurement, transport, and installation of materials and equipment.

The Project





Manager will prepare project documentation and reports, manage stakeholder communication, and proactively address risks, delays, and operational issues to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management in Megwatt size solar energy projects.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up on orders, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery of materials in Megwatt size solar energy projects.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify equipment quality, compliance with standards, and proper installation at project sites.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, storage, and on-site availability of project materials.
- Relevant experience in energy, infrastructure, or solar projects is highly beneficial.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills are required.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, visit project locations as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
