We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in residential and commercial real-estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities from land/site assessment through planning, execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate residential and commercial real-estate projects from inception to completion.

Conduct and coordinate land/site surveys, site measurements, feasibility assessments and due diligence activities.

Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors and other project stakeholders.

Review site conditions, drawings, BOQs, specifications and project requirements.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality and execution progress.

Coordinate site development, civil works and construction activities.

Identify project risks, delays and execution issues and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate approvals,



documentation and statutory requirements with relevant consultants/agencies.

Conduct regular site inspections and prepare project progress reports.

Manage contractors and ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines.

Work closely with management on project planning, costing, scheduling and execution strategy.

Candidate Profile

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field.

8–10 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial real-estate development/project management.

Strong understanding of land surveys, site development, construction processes and project coordination.

Ability to read and understand architectural, structural and MEP drawings.

Robust contractor and consultant management skills.

Excellent planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
