As an Associate/Assistant Manager – Retail Projects, you will support the execution of retail store development projects from planning through store launch. architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth on-ground execution, timely completion, and adherence to The Souled Store's design, quality, and brand standards.

Retail Project

Execution • Support the execution of retail store projects from initial planning to store launch.

Planning & On-Ground Execution • Coordinate with architects and designers during store execution.
- Assist in coordinating activities related to civil, carpentry, electrical, fixtures, signage, painting, and other store requirements.
- Ensure attention to detail and adherence to brand standards during execution. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for project requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth project Quality, Tracking & Documentation • Assist in quality checks and ensure execution meets required standards.
- Maintain project trackers, progress reports, site photographs, and other project documentation.
- Track pending activities and assist in closure of punch-list items before store Support the implementation of project processes, SOPs, and tracking mechanisms. 2 – 6 years of experience in Retail Projects, Store Design, Interior Fit- outs, Construction, or Project Execution.
- Freshers with relevant internship/project experience may also be considered.
- Basic understanding of retail store execution and interior fit-outs.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and project tracking tools.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
