Job Title: Project Manager -Rooftop

Job Summary

The Project Manager -Rooftop will be responsible for end-to-end management of rooftop solar projects, including technical design, execution, and commissioning. The role requires strong expertise in solar PV systems, electrical and civil engineering aspects, and experience in handling projects for commercial and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead rooftop solar projects from site survey, design, procurement, execution, to commissioning.
- Review and approve PV system layouts, structural designs, single-line diagrams, and electrical schematics.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project execution as per standards.
- Conduct site feasibility studies, load analysis, roof structural assessment, and energy yield estimation.
- Ensure compliance with IEC, MNRE, CEA, and local regulations.
- Oversee installation of modules, inverters, mounting structures, transformers, and associated civil works.
- Monitor project KPIs: timelines, cost, quality, and safety compliance.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports,



and commissioning certificates.
- Mentor project engineers and site managers on technical and execution best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in electrical, Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7-12 years of experience in rooftop solar project management.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, mounting structures, civil and electrical aspects of rooftop installations, DC/AC cabling, earthing, and protection systems.
- Experience with solar design software (PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope) and project management tools.
- Proven track record of handling commercial/industrial rooftop projects.
