Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Microsoft 365 workload migrations and deployments.
- Lead the implementation of M365 E3/E5 Security Compliance features.
- Collaborate with technical leads and customer teams for requirement gathering and delivery alignment.
- Handle change requests, risk management, and project governance.
- Provide daily project summaries, status reports, and regular stakeholder updates.
- Maintain project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project Professional.
- Drive communication to ensure expectations are clearly set and consistently met.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of IT project management experience.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads, particularly E3/E5 Security Compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer-facing experience and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
Nice to Have
- PMP or similar project management certification.
