nAtom is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP and Salesforce transformation initiatives across multiple clients. This client-facing role will manage integrated, end-to-end implementation programs, ensuring delivery remains aligned with business objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

nThe ideal candidate will have successfully managed both Oracle Fusion ERP and Salesforce implementations and understand the dependencies between enterprise finance, operational, CRM, data, and integration workstreams.

nKey Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP and Salesforce implementation and transformation projects.
n
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and quality.
n
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, status reports, RAID logs, and governance documentation.
n
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Oracle ERP, Salesforce, integrations, data migration, testing, change management, and business operations.
n
- Partner with senior program leadership and client stakeholders to establish project objectives, deliverables, governance, and success criteria.
n
- Manage implementation partners, vendors, technical teams, and business process owners.
n
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and cross-platform dependencies, escalating critical concerns when required.
n
- Facilitate project meetings, executive updates, steering committee presentations, and decision-making sessions.
n
- Oversee key delivery phases, including requirements, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Ensure delivery follows established Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
n
- Support post-implementation reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n

nRequired Qualifications

n

n
- 8+ years of project or program management experience leading enterprise technology transformations.
n
- Proven experience managing both Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP and Salesforce implementation projects.
n
- Successful delivery of multiple end-to-end, multi-phase transformation programs in a consulting or client-facing environment.
n
- Robust understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP business processes and Salesforce CRM capabilities.
n
- Experience managing integrations and dependencies between Oracle ERP, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.
n
- Advanced experience with Jira, Smartsheet, detailed work breakdown structures, and project planning.
n
- Strong knowledge of business process redesign, data migration, systems integration, testing, and change management.
n
- Excellent communication, leadership, executive presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
n
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while leading globally distributed teams.

nPreferred Qualifications

n

- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.
n
- Experience delivering transformation programs across industries such as manufacturing, retail, healthcare, or professional services.
n
- Experience with Oracle Fusion modules such as Financials, SCM, Procurement, Projects, or HCM.
n
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or related products.
n
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, adoption, and organizational change management.
