nWith our own manufacturing facility and a strong focus on quality, design and execution, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from final design approval through production, delivery and installation.

Role Overviewn

nAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that every modular kitchen and wardrobe project is executed smoothly, accurately and on schedule.

n

nYou will coordinate between clients, designers, sales, factory/production, vendors and installation teams and ensure that the final installation matches the approved design and specifications.

n

Key Responsibilitiesn

nProject Planning & Executionn

n
- Take complete ownership of assigned kitchen and wardrobe projects.
n
- Prepare project execution plans and timelines.
n
- Coordinate project activities from design freeze to final handover.
n
- Track project milestones, dependencies and installation schedules.
n
- Ensure projects are completed within committed timelines.

n

Site Coordinationnn
- Conduct site visits and verify measurements and site conditions.
n
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, electricians, plumbers and other site teams.
n
- Identify site-related issues before production and installation.
n
- Ensure site readiness before material dispatch and installation.

n

Design & Production Coordinationnn
- Review approved designs, drawings, measurements,



BOQs and specifications.
n
- Coordinate with the design team to clarify technical requirements.
n
- Coordinate with the factory regarding production requirements and timelines.
n
- Ensure the manufactured modules, shutters, hardware and accessories match approved specifications.
n
- Identify discrepancies before dispatch wherever possible.

Installation Managementnn
- Coordinate delivery and installation teams.
n
- Supervise installation quality and finishing.
n
- Ensure correct positioning and installation of cabinets, shutters, hardware, accessories and appliances.
n
- Resolve installation-related issues efficiently.
n
- Conduct snag checks and coordinate rectification before final handover.

Client Managementnn
- Act as the primary project contact for clients after project confirmation.
n
- Provide regular project updates to clients.
n
- Handle project-related queries and coordinate resolutions.
n
- Manage expectations regarding timelines, site readiness and execution.
n
- Ensure a skilled client experience through project completion.

n

Documentation & Reportingnn
- Maintain project schedules and status reports.
n
- Track pending decisions, site issues, materials and installations.
n
- Maintain project checklists and handover documentation.
n
- Escalate delays, quality issues or cost-impacting changes to management.

What We Are Looking Fornn
- Minimum 5 years of experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, interior execution, furniture or residential interiors .

- Strong understanding of modular furniture and site execution.
n
- Ability to read and understand kitchen/wardrobe drawings.
n
- Good knowledge of measurements, materials, hardware and installation processes.
n
- Strong project coordination and follow-up skills.
n
- Valuable communication and client-handling ability.
n
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
n
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
n
- Comfortable with frequent site visits within Gurgaon/NCR.
