We are looking for a Project Manager to orchestrate operations across a large managed services solution practice and ensure reliable service delivery. You will coordinate teams, manage governance and KPI reporting, and enable AI-driven improvements through process optimization and automation. Responsibilities

- Oversee "Managed Services Solution Practice" operations

- Drive cross-department coordination to align project goals and streamline service delivery processes

- Provide transparent communication and consistent status reporting across internal teams and external stakeholders

- Advance engagement and alignment with senior leaders on AI initiatives

- Chair key calls across multiple programs/initiatives while managing ambiguity and multitasking

- Monitor delivery progress and report key performance indicators tied to AI practice operations

- Enable integration of AI knowledge into practice workflows and deliverables

- Resolve operational challenges to maintain smooth practice functioning

- Establish program scope, objectives, and success criteria during initiation and planning

- Manage ongoing program performance to meet service level agreements and contractual obligations

- Analyze risks affecting program outcomes and stakeholder expectations and mitigate them





- Create and maintain dashboards and reports while driving continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and refining operational workflows

Requirements

- Significant IT industry experience of 14-17 years in delivery, operations, or program leadership roles

- Relevant background in managed services programs and operations for large accounts/programs, centered on operational consistency and risk mitigation

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with local and global leaders and cross-functional teams toward common objectives

- Solid stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills for engaging senior leadership globally

- Proven skill in navigating stakeholder conflicts through negotiation and thoughtful communication

- Hands-on capability to implement governance frameworks that enforce SLA adherence and drive operational excellence

- Strong motivation to use AI technologies to improve managed services delivery and innovation

- Foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts and technologies

- Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports for senior leaders

- Hands-on exposure to process improvement initiatives and automation approaches

- Working knowledge of Jira, including boards, workflow management, dashboards, and queries

- Familiarity with Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate

Nice to have

- Background in AI operations and AI tools
