Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital and technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, client communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with business, product, design, engineering, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
- Track project schedules, budgets, resource utilization, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular updates to clients and leadership.
- Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation and resolution plans.
- Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with agreed project objectives and deliverables.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and adherence to established processes.




- Maintain project documentation, status reports, RAID logs, and project plans.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, preferably within digital or technology projects.
- Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource management, and risk management.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience managing digital transformation, MarTech, CRM, eCommerce, data, or customer experience projects.
- Experience working in a consulting or digital agency environment.
- PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience working with US-based clients and global delivery teams.
