Urgent: Project Manager (Ice Cream Project) Near Pune / Satara

- Project Manager Ice Cream Plant Setup
- Function: Projects & Capital Projects
- Reports to: Project Sponsor / Management

Job Purpose (As a Project Delivery Owner)

- To lead & manage the end-to-end establishment of the new ice cream manufacturing plant, ensuring delivery within the approved Project Scope, Budget, Timelines & Quality Parameters.
- The Project Manager will coordinate internal functions, consultants, contractors, equipment suppliers & other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of civil works, Infrastructure, Equipment Installation, Utilities Integration, Commissioning coordination & project handover to Operations.

Qualifications & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or a relevant engineering discipline; a project management qualification is an advantage.
- Typically, 12–18 years of experience in capital projects, industrial construction, manufacturing plant setup or project execution.
- Demonstrated experience managing Multidisciplinary Projects involving civil works, equipment installation, utilities & commissioning.
- Experience in food, dairy, ice cream, FMCG or other process manufacturing projects is desirable.
- Solid Project Planning, budgeting, Contract Management, stakeholder coordination, risk management & leadership capabilities.
