Role Description The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of educational and operational projects that support Future of Nation’s learning initiatives. This full-time, hybrid role is based in New Delhi, with the flexibility for some work-from-home days as per organizational needs.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, allocating resources, tracking progress against milestones, and ensuring that learning programs are implemented on schedule and within scope.

The Project

Manager will collaborate with mentors, educators, and operations teams,



manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain documentation, reports, and project dashboards. The role also involves identifying risks, implementing mitigation plans, and continuously improving project processes to support the organization’s growth and impact.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of project tasks, materials, and outcomes.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review project quality, compliance with standards, and effective implementation of activities.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, schedules, and operational support across locations.
- Relevant skills such as excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Experience managing educational, nonprofit, or community-focused projects is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in New Delhi and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
