We are seeking a seasoned project Manager with deep expertise in managing and delivering large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs. The ideal candidate combines robust program/project management skills, governance expertise, and a proven track record of driving delivery excellence across global IAM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities -
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM programs across multiple clients in India and globally.
- Define program scope, roadmap, milestones, and KPIs aligned with client objectives.
- Manage cross-functional project teams (IAM engineers, architects, business analysts, and vendor partners).
- Oversee delivery across IAM, IGA, Access Management domains, ensuring integration quality and compliance.
- Maintain program governance : risk management, financial tracking, reporting,
and executive updates.
- Drive timely milestone achievement, value realization, and client invoicing.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at CXO and operational levels.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in project management (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid models).

Program/Project Management Skills :
- 5 years of total experience with at least 4 years managing IAM or security programs.
- Expertise in project planning, governance, budgeting, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- Strong client-facing communication and executive reporting skills.
- Prior experience in consulting firms, system integrators, or IAM service providers is highly desirable.
