We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of architect-designed residential projects from commencement to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Health & Safety standards across all project sites.
- Plan and manage the correct sequence of architectural, structural, civil and finishing works.
- Manage project timelines, manpower, contractors and site coordination to achieve timely completion.
- Drive material management and zero-wastage practices across projects.
- Improve contractor productivity, efficiency and cost optimisation.
- Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications and quality standards, minimising rework.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, vendors and site teams.
- Develop and mentor site teams and build a strong second line of leadership.
- Take complete responsibility for project progress, quality, cost, safety and handover.
Preferred Profile:
- 5–8 years of experience in residential construction.
