nHydra Charging is looking for a proactive and execution-focused Project Manager – EV Charging Infrastructure to manage the end-to-end establishment of EV charging stations.

nThe Project Manager will act as the key coordination point between the Technical Manager, Network Manager, Site Engineers, CAD/Designing, vendors, contractors, and landowners to ensure every charging station is established as per the approved technical drawings, project timelines, and quality standards.

nKey Responsibilities

n1. Project Coordination & Execution

n

n
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the complete EV charging station installation process.
n
- Coordinate with the Technical Manager, Network Manager, Site Engineer, electrical contractors, and other project stakeholders.
n
- Ensure project activities are completed according to the approved project schedule.
n
- Track site progress and identify delays, issues, and dependencies.
n
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project execution.
n

n2. Site Development & Implementation

n

n
- Coordinate with landowners to obtain site access and ensure smooth project execution.
n
- Understand the approved CAD drawings and site layouts and ensure the physical site is developed accordingly.
n
- Ensure proper placement of chargers, electrical panels, cable routes, parking areas, signage, civil works, and other infrastructure as per the approved drawing.
n




- Coordinate with civil and electrical teams for site preparation and installation.
n
- Ensure the site is ready for charger installation and commissioning.
n

n3. Landowner & Stakeholder Management

n

n
- Maintain professional communication and coordination with landowners.
n
- Address site-related concerns and coordinate resolutions with the concerned internal teams.
n
- Coordinate access, permissions, civil work requirements, power-related requirements, and other site dependencies.
n
- Maintain good working relationships with all project stakeholders.
n

n4. Technical & Network Coordination

n

n
- Coordinate with the Technical Manager for electrical and technical requirements.
n
- Coordinate with the Network Manager for charger connectivity, networking, software integration, and commissioning requirements.
n
- Work closely with the Site Engineer to ensure technical specifications are implemented correctly.
n
- Escalate technical or execution issues to the appropriate team for timely resolution.
n

n5. Project Monitoring & Reporting

n

n
- Maintain project-wise trackers covering site status, civil work, electrical work, charger installation, networking, and commissioning.
n




- Prepare regular project progress reports for management.
n
- Track project timelines, milestones, pending activities, and completion status.
n
- Document site photographs, progress updates, issues, and resolutions.
n
- Ensure proper project handover documentation after completion.
n

n6. Quality, Safety & Compliance

n

n
- Ensure all site development and installation activities follow approved drawings and technical specifications.
n
- Monitor workmanship and ensure required quality standards are maintained.
n
- Ensure site activities follow applicable electrical and safety requirements.
n
- Coordinate with relevant teams to rectify deviations or quality issues.
n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's/Diploma qualification in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Engineering, or a related field.
n
- 2–5 years of experience in project management, infrastructure development, electrical projects, EV charging, construction, or a related field.
n
- Strong project coordination and site execution skills.
n
- Ability to read and understand CAD drawings and site layouts.
n
- Good knowledge of basic electrical/civil infrastructure is preferred.
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
n
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
n
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, project tracking tools, and basic CAD understanding.
n
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
