Project Manager - Commercial Interior Fit-outs (Hyderabad / Mumbai)
FineArkiton is a Hyderabad-based commercial interior design and fit-out firm delivering office interiors for corporate clients. We're hiring Project Managers to run site execution in Hyderabad and Mumbai.
Location: Hyderabad and Mumbai (site-based)
Salary: Rs. 50,000/month
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
What you'll do
- Own execution of commercial office fit-outs, from site handover to client handover
- Manage contractors, vendors and site labour against timelines
- Read drawings and BOQs; verify measurements, quantities and contractor billing
- Coordinate with design, procurement and the client on site
- Control quality, material usage and safety; flag risks early
- Keep progress reports, snag lists and material reconciliation
What we're looking for
- 3-8 years of hands-on site execution in commercial interiors / office fit-outs
- Solid contractor and vendor management
- Comfortable with AutoCAD drawings, GFCs and BOQs
