Roles and Responsibilities :

Project

Planning & Scheduling

- Lead execution of EHV substation and underground cable projects.

- Develop project schedules using tools like Primavera / MS Project.

- Monitor progress and ensure milestone achievement.

- Ensure compliance with project specifications and contracts.

- Monitor critical path and implement corrective actions to avoid delays

- Standardize planning templates across projects

2. Cost Control & Budget Management

- Prepare and control project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost baselines

- Capex vs budget

- Cost variances and earned value metrics (CPI/SPI)

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead value engineering initiatives

- Ensure alignment with Cost Excellence frameworks

Job Requirements :

- 15–20 years in EPC / Infrastructure projects. Minimum 5+ years in Project Manager roles. Solid experience in EHV/HV (132kV, 220kV, 400kV & above) transmission projects.

- Exposure to large-scale EPC project environments
