Job Title: Project Manager- Digital Projects - Information Technology

Role Description The Project Manager - Digital Transformations governs the portfolio of strategic digital transformation initiatives including MedMantra Modernisation, AI infusion in Clinical systems, Marketing Technology Automation, CRM Migration, and other flagship FY27 programmes. The role brings PMO discipline, risk management, vendor governance and executive reporting to ensure that Apollo's largest transformation bets are delivered on time, within budget and with measurable business outcomes.

Detailed Job Responsibility & Accountabilities

- Oversee and govern digital transformation projects across MedMantra modernisation, marketing technology automation and CRM migration.
- Establish programme governance steering committees, working groups, RAID registers, decision logs.
- Define programme-level plans, dependencies and milestones; track progress against baseline.
- Manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and scope changes proactively.
- Lead vendor and partner governance Microsoft (MedMantra), Salesforce (Martech), CRM partners; manage SLAs, deliverables and commercials.
- Drive change control and ensure release readiness across transformation programmes.
- Prepare and present executive dashboards, status reports and steering committee packs.
- Own programme financials budget, forecast, actuals,



variance analysis.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, clinical, marketing, finance, operations and external partners.
- Drive benefit realisation tracking post go-live.
- Institutionalise PMO practices templates, tollgates, review rhythms.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Must have 10+ years of programme / project management experience with 5+ years leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Must have PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification.
- Must have hands-on experience with MS Project, Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet for programme tracking.
- Must have strong vendor and partner governance skills.
- Must have excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
- Preferred exposure to healthcare, MedTech or regulated industry transformations.
- Preferred exposure to agile-at-scale frameworks (Protected, LeSS).
