- URGENT HIRING

- B.Tech/B.E. graduates in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in building construction or Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in building construction may apply.

- Oversee building of large construction projects. Based on size and nature of work, may be required to handle more than one project at a time.

- Need to be involved in the areas of pre-planning, budgeting, resource allocation, monitoring progress and worker coordination of the projects assigned to him/her.

- Prepare work breakdown structures along with GM Projects, project controllers/planners and Project Engineers. Monitoring, supervising and achieving daily targets and monthly targets.

- Review, plan and allocate work to site personnel on a daily basis based on Work Breakdown structure prepared ensuring timely and cost-efficient completion of projects assigned to him.

- Maintain optimum productivity of Plant & Machinery, Labour.

- Need to supervise and manage construction site personnel and subcontractors, organize weekly project progress meetings with the site team, and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.

- Plan and manage simultaneous site activities and meet deadlines.

- Billing Certification of Subcontractors and Vendors on a regular basis.

- Coordination with client/ Engineer for certification of activities.

- Review work orders. Responsible for negotiating rates with piece-rate workers/ subcontractors, communicating with client’s engineers and Architects, meetings with construction managers/ project management consultants, and coordinating the delivery of materials with Manager (Inventory & Logistics) especially in confined work space.





- Generate reports focusing on project progress, job status, costs and attend weekly or biweekly meetings to present progress information to superiors and Board of Directors.

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi, negotiation, organizational skills, cutting-edge ideas, time-management, and aggressive supervisory skills are also important in this Position. He/ she should be quality conscious, detail-oriented, have strong commitment, and be a team leader. He/ she should also display good decision-making, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities. In addition to these capabilities, he/she should demonstrate the ability to do the following:

- Manage on-site construction personnel and skill in attending conciliation meetings with trade unions if necessary.

- Responsible for the overall work at site and wellbeing of site staff and laborers.

- Responsible for managing the general up-keep of the site, surroundings and machinery.

- Regular follow up on materials required at site with the H.O logistics team.

- Ensure all reports and records to be maintained at site are completed in a timely manner and sent to head office as required.

- Review compliance with federal and local safety guidelines and standards

- Should be prepared to travel extensively.

- QA/QC technical skills required.

- Knowledge in MS Office is a must. Knowledge in MS Projects, AutoCAD and Primavera are added advantages.

- Identify value engineering opportunities during pre & post construction phases of the project.

- Guide and review emails prepared by Project Engineers.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
