About the Company

We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Company providing end-to-end digital marketing, website, creative, social media, content, and performance marketing solutions to brands. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can efficiently manage multiple teams, projects, timelines, and client requirements.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate multiple digital marketing projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content, Website Development, and Content Creation.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, priorities, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct content brainstorming sessions and coordinate with the content and creative teams for campaign ideas.
- Have a good understanding of websites, website development, and website-related projects.
- Coordinate with teams working on Meta Ads and Google Ads and understand campaign requirements and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and ensure all tasks are completed according to requirements.
- Identify project issues or delays and coordinate with the relevant teams for timely resolution.




- Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and maintain smooth workflow.
- Prepare project updates and communicate progress to management and clients.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of all project deliverables.
- Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining priorities.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency/Company.
- Strong team coordination and project management skills.
- Valuable understanding of Digital Marketing, Websites, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of content planning and content brainstorming.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage priorities effectively.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency will be preferred.
- Candidates who have experience coordinating multiple departments and client projects will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills are essential.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
