CIVIL Projects in UP GOVT.

Designation- Project Manager

Total Exp- 8-12 years in CIVIL Construction firm

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Government Civil Construction / Reconstruction Projects from execution to completion.
- Plan project activities, timelines, manpower, materials and site resources.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, quality and cost against approved plans.
- Coordinate with Government Departments, Consultants, PMC, Contractors and Site Teams.
- Review drawings, BOQ, specifications, DPR/WPR, measurements and billing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC, safety, technical specifications and project standards.
- Identify execution issues, resolve site-level challenges and ensure timely completion.
- Lead Site Engineers, Supervisors,



Contractors and other project staff.
- Prepare and review MIS, DPR/WPR, progress reports and management updates.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Civil Construction, Finishing & Reconstruction Works.
- Experience in handling Government / Institutional Projects preferred.
- Good understanding of BOQ, billing, planning, measurements and project documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and project planning/reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, coordination and site management skills.
