Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Materials).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify conflicts and develop resolutions through effective conflict management techniques.

- Ensure successful stakeholder engagement by communicating project progress regularly and addressing concerns promptly.

Job Requirements :

- 8-10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing industry as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.

- PMP certification or equivalent experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

- Robust understanding of electronic products' development lifecycle including APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), Instrument Cluster design & testing requirements.

- Excellent resource management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
