Company Description Shivano Green is the renewable-energy vertical of the Shivano Group, a diversified manufacturing and infrastructure business built across HDPE piping, micro-irrigation, solar water pumping and now rooftop solar, operating out of Haryana and Rajasthan. The Group has grown from ₹50 Cr to ₹150 Cr in turnover over the last 3 years and is targeting ₹500–700 Cr over the next 3 years.

Riding the national PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana wave, Shivano Green is scaling home, commercial and industrial rooftop solar under the Balaji Tech Private Limited entity — and is looking for the person who will build this into one of the Group's flagship growth engines.

Key ResponsibilitiesNew Territory Expansion

– Identify, prioritize and launch current districts/states for home and C&I; rooftop solar, starting from the current Haryana + Delhi-NCR base.

– Build the local dealer/channel-partner and installer network required in each new territory.

Team Building & Hiring

– Hire, structure and lead a multi-city field sales, design and installation team.

– Define roles, reporting lines and incentive structures for the rooftop vertical as it scales.

Training & Capability Building

– Design and run onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales, technical and installation staff.

– Build a certification/competency framework so quality stays consistent as the team grows.

Process, SOP & Systems

– Create SOPs for lead-to-installation flow, subsidy documentation, net-metering applications and after-sales service.





– Work with the Group's HRMS/ERP rollout to bring rooftop operations onto standard reporting and review cadences.

Revenue & P&L; Ownership

– Own the rooftop vertical's revenue and margin targets; report against monthly/quarterly KPIs.

– Build and manage the referral/lead-incentive scheme for the rooftop business.

Compliance & Government Liaison

– Manage DISCOM net-metering processes (DHBVN/UHBVN and, as territories expand, other state utilities), MNRE/state nodal agency coordination, ALMM-listed equipment sourcing, and PM Surya Ghar subsidy disbursement tracking..

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track orders, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee quality checks, verify specifications, and support compliance with standards.

• B.E./B.Tech (Electrical, Mechanical or Renewable Energy) preferred; MBA is a plus but not mandatory. 8–15 years in solar/renewable energy or infrastructure project execution, including at least 5 years focused specifically on rooftop solar — home rooftop experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, state DISCOM net-metering processes (Haryana DHBVN/UHBVN in particular), MNRE guidelines and the ALMM approved-list framework.
- Strong process orientation — comfortable building SOPs and working within a CRM/ERP-driven reporting cadence.
- Willingness to be based at or frequently travel to the Bhiwani, Haryana corporate HQ.
