Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in SaaS implementations and supply chain solutions? We are looking for a dynamic Mid-Level Project Manager to join our remote Skilled Services team and drive end-to-end customer implementation projects to success!

What You’ll Do:

- Plan and execute customer implementation projects, including schedules, resource allocations, and milestone tracking.
- Conduct project kickoffs, status meetings, and manage risks, issues, and change requests.
- Coordinate seamlessly between technical consultants, developers, and customer teams.
- Ensure on-time delivery, high customer satisfaction (CSAT), and project profitability.
- Utilize AI tools responsibly to accelerate project delivery, draft implementation plans, and summarize customer requirements.

What You Bring:

- Education: Graduate degree (B.E. / B.Tech); an MBA is an added advantage.
- Experience:



6–9 years of Project Management experience, specifically managing SaaS implementation projects.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with EDI, MFT, API integrations, or Supply Chain solutions.
- Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
