Experience: 10–15+ Years in Civil Construction / Steel Structure Projects

Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

Job Purpose To manage and supervise the overall construction activities of the project, ensuring timely completion, quality execution, safety compliance, resource optimization, and effective coordination with the client, consultants, contractors, and project team.

Key Responsibilities

- Overall supervision and management of construction activities at the project site.
- Plan, monitor, and control project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedule.
- Manage construction of multistory steel structure residential buildings, including foundations, structural steel erection, RCC, masonry, finishing, and allied works.
- Coordinate with the Project Director, client representatives, consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, machinery, and productivity.
- Review drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and construction methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with approved quality standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and Safety teams to ensure quality and HSE compliance.




- Supervise contractors and subcontractors and monitor their performance and progress.
- Identify construction issues, delays, and risks and take timely corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to management.
- Coordinate with planning and billing teams for project progress, measurements, and RA Bills.
- Ensure proper documentation, DPR/WPR/MPR, inspection records, and project reports.
- Coordinate testing, inspection, snag rectification, commissioning, and project handover.
- Ensure completion of works within the approved schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and structural steel projects.
- Good understanding of multistory building construction and site execution.
- Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, quantity measurement, and resource management.
- Knowledge of QA/QC, HSE, and construction standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management/planning software.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
