Role Project Manager Full-Stack / Web Application Development

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of full-stack web and application development projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing cross-functional engineering teams, handling multiple stakeholders, driving project execution, and ensuring timely delivery with high quality.

The candidate should have a good understanding of frontend, backend, databases, APIs, cloud/DevOps, QA, security, and application architecture to effectively coordinate technical teams and drive project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery for full-stack application projects.
- Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Frontend/UI, Backend, Full Stack, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and Business/Product teams.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business teams, architects, developers, and customers to convert requirements into executable plans.
- Track project progress against schedule, scope, quality, budget, and resource commitments.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive them to closure.
- Conduct regular project status reviews, stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings.
- Manage Agile/Scrum delivery including backlog planning, sprint execution, release planning, and velocity tracking.
- Coordinate application releases across Development, SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
- Ensure effective coordination between development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams during deployments and production releases.
- Manage changes to requirements and ensure proper impact assessment, prioritization, and approval.
- Drive defect management, root-cause analysis, and timely resolution of critical production issues.
- Prepare project dashboards, status reports, RAID logs,



release plans, and management updates.
- Manage customer and stakeholder communication, including expectations, escalations, and delivery commitments.
- Ensure adherence to development processes, coding standards, security requirements, testing practices, and project governance.
- Support estimation, resource planning, capacity management, and project budgeting.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, automation, quality, and engineering productivity.

Technical Understanding The candidate should have a solid working understanding of:

- Frontend: React.js / Angular / Vue.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Backend: Java / Spring Boot, Node.js, Python, .NET or similar technologies
- Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
- APIs: REST APIs, Microservices, API Gateway and third-party integrations
- Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
- DevOps: CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/GitLab/Azure DevOps
- Testing: Functional, API, integration, regression, performance, and automation testing
- Architecture: Microservices, distributed applications, authentication/authorization, and scalable web applications
- Monitoring & Logging: Application monitoring, centralized logging, alerts, and production support

Required Skills

- 810 years of experience in software/application project management.
- Experience managing full-stack web/application development projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple technical teams and parallel workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
- Ability to understand technical discussions and translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
- Experience managing projects through UAT, production deployment, go-live, and post-production support.
