Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end delivery of technology projects from initiation and planning through implementation and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, QA, infrastructure, security, and operations teams.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technology project plans and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate internal technical teams and external technology vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, dependency trackers, and action items.
- Track project progress, identify delays or dependencies, and drive corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, requirement discussions, status reviews, and stakeholder updates.
- Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical dependencies, architecture considerations, integrations, and implementation requirements.
- Coordinate requirements gathering, development, testing, UAT, release, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
- Monitor changes in project scope, timelines, and requirements and ensure appropriate change-control processes are followed.
- Coordinate with vendors on deliverables, timelines, technical dependencies, issue resolution, and implementation activities.
- Prepare project dashboards and management reports covering project health, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery status.
- Ensure project documentation is maintained throughout the complete project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology optimization.
- Ensure projects adhere to organizational technology, security, compliance, and governance standards.




- Manage multiple technology projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and timelines.
- Support post-implementation reviews and identify improvements for future technology projects.

Required Skills :

- 6 - 10 years of experience in Technology Project Management, IT Project Management, Technical Program Management, or Technology Delivery.
- Strong experience managing software development or technology implementation projects.
- Valuable understanding of SDLC and software development methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with engineering, QA, product, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Strong understanding of project planning, estimation, scheduling, dependencies, and delivery management.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience managing third-party technology vendors and implementation partners.
- Good understanding of APIs, enterprise applications, system integrations, databases, or cloud technologies.
- Experience coordinating testing, UAT, releases, deployments, and production implementation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong documentation and project reporting capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced technology environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in financial services, asset management, banking, capital markets, or fintech.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
- Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of API-based integrations, microservices, data platforms, or enterprise applications.
- Experience working with distributed/global technology teams.
- Knowledge of IT governance, information security, and technology risk management.
