nKey Responsibilities

n• Plan, execute and monitor projects from mobilization to final handover.

n• Prepare project schedules, resource plans and execution plans.

n• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, contractors and vendors.

n• Monitor daily site progress against planned timelines and take corrective action.

n• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

n• Monitor project costs, material consumption and resource utilization.

n• Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety and statutory requirements.

n• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors and project officials.

n• Resolve site issues and client concerns promptly.

n• Maintain complete project documentation and records.





n• Submit Daily/Weekly Project Progress Reports to the Ranchi Head Office.

n• Update project status, milestones and issues through MIS/ERP/Google Sheets.

n• Participate in scheduled online project review meetings with Head Office.
