Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Civil Project Manager to oversee, direct, and deliver civil construction projects from inception to completion. You will manage daily site operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, manage project budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams and contractors.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, timeline, budget, and milestones; ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to engineering specifications.
- Site Management & Supervision: Oversee day-to-day site operations, manage construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors, and resolve site-level technical or logistical issues.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Implement quality control procedures and strictly enforce site environment, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines and local construction regulations.
- Cost & Resource Management: Track project expenses, review billing/BOQs (Bill of Quantities),



optimize resource allocation, and minimize material wastage.
- Stakeholder & Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities; deliver regular progress reports.
- Risk & Schedule Management: Identify potential project risks early, develop risk mitigation strategies, and adjust work schedules to address project delays.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of civil execution work, structural designs, site safety standards, BOQ estimation, and contract management.

- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or standard project management tools.
- Key Competencies: Robust leadership, team management, negotiation, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
