Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchase, Quality, Stores & Finance.
Track project timelines, deliverables, costs, and resources.
Prepare MIS, reports, trackers, presentations, and documentation.
Follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Monitor progress and identify delays, gaps, and issues.
Participate in meetings and maintain action trackers/MOMs.
Support process improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
Ensure timely completion and closure of project activities.
Perform other project-related tasks as assigned.
