About CloseKartCloseKart Private Limited is an Indian technology company building digital infrastructure for hyperlocal commerce, local services, and business ecosystems. We develop technology across marketplace platforms, location-based services, digital payments, business tools, and scalable cloud infrastructure. Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Project Management Intern to work closely with our Flutter and Software Development Team.

This is a Flutter-focused technical project management role. The candidate should have a good understanding of Flutter/Dart and mobile application development workflows and should be comfortable coordinating with Flutter developers, tracking development tasks, managing timelines, identifying blockers and dependencies, and supporting projects throughout the application development lifecycle.

The candidate is not expected to work as a full-time Flutter developer, but should have enough technical knowledge to understand Flutter development discussions, follow development progress, coordinate tasks, and communicate effectively with developers, designers, testers, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and track Flutter development tasks, timelines, milestones, and project deliverables.
- Coordinate with Flutter developers, UI/UX designers, testers, management,



and other teams.
- Track application development progress, bugs, blockers, dependencies, and pending tasks.
- Support requirement gathering, clarification, documentation, and task planning for Flutter applications.
- Participate in development stand-ups, project reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions.
- Monitor Git/GitHub workflows, branches, commits, pull requests, merges, and release activities.
- Coordinate between Flutter development, UI/UX design, backend, testing, and management teams.
- Track integration of UI designs, APIs, authentication, databases, and other application components.
- Support application testing, UAT, debugging coordination, deployment, and release activities.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare development progress/status reports.
- Identify technical and project-related risks and follow up on pending development issues.
- Coordinate task dependencies between Flutter developers and other technical teams.
- Follow up with developers to ensure assigned tasks and deliverables are completed within planned timelines.
- Help ensure smooth communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project.

Candidates with previous exposure to Flutter/Dart, mobile application development, Git/GitHub, API integration, software project coordination, or development team management will be an advantage.

A candidate who has basic to intermediate Flutter knowledge and an interest in project coordination/management would be well suited for this role.
