About the Role

YES Germany is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Leader to take ownership of key projects and drive their execution from planning to completion.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Study Abroad / Education, strong project-management and team-handling capabilities, and the ability to work across counselling, admissions, operations, partnerships, and business development functions.

Key Responsibilities

Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely execution.

Develop project plans, timelines, processes, and measurable targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Lead, manage, and monitor team performance against defined objectives.

Identify operational gaps and implement improvements.

Work closely with senior management on project strategy, execution, and reporting.

Coordinate with external stakeholders, partners, institutions, and service providers as required.

Track project performance, conversions, revenue, and other relevant KPIs.

Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for growth.

Prepare regular project updates, MIS reports, and performance reviews.

Ensure that processes are documented, standardized, and continuously improved.





Take ownership of challenges and provide practical solutions to ensure project objectives are achieved.

Preferred Candidate Profile

3–7 years of experience in Study Abroad, International Education, EdTech, or a related industry.

Prior experience in project management and team handling.

Strong organizational and execution skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical approach with the ability to understand and track KPIs.

Experience in business development, admissions, counselling, or operations will be an advantage.

Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of projects.

Willingness to travel for meetings, events, seminars, or partner engagements when required.
