We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to manage and coordinate telecom and infrastructure projects from planning through execution and completion. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, internal teams, vendors, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered within timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate day-to-day project execution activities.
- Plan project activities, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, project teams, and field engineers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Manage project documentation, MIS, reports, and status updates.
- Track site activities, material requirements, approvals, and project dependencies.
- Identify project risks, delays, and operational issues and ensure timely resolution.




- Ensure effective communication between customer and internal teams.
- Monitor project quality and adherence to customer requirements.
- Support project billing, documentation, and closure activities.
- Guide and coordinate project team members to achieve project objectives.

Required Skills

- Solid project management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and MS Word.
- Strong planning, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Experience in Telecom & Infrastructure will be an added advantage. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
