Job Title: Sr. Manager / Assistant General Manager – Project Finance (designation will be decided during the interview process and fitment)

Reporting: Senior General Manager – Finance & Accounts

Job Purpose: The candidate will be responsible for structuring, arranging and executing project financing for manufacturing sector. The role requires experience in raising both domestic and foreign currency funding from banks, financial institutions, multilateral agencies, ECAs and other international lenders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop financial models, assess project viability and determine optimal debt–equity structures.
- Prepare financing proposals, information memoranda, lender presentations and credit appraisal documentation.
- Manage end-to-end financing transactions, including term-sheet negotiations, due diligence, sanction, documentation, security creation and disbursement.
- Coordinate with domestic and international lenders, legal counsel, technical consultants, model auditors and other advisors.
- Evaluate and arrange term loans, ECBs, ECA-backed facilities, working-capital limits, non-fund facilities and structured financing solutions.




- Review financing agreements and negotiate key commercial terms, covenants, conditions precedent and security arrangements.
- Monitor compliance with financing documents, lender reporting requirements and post disbursement obligations.
- Support refinancing, debt restructuring and financial closure of projects.
- Educational Qualifications CA, MBA Finance, CFA or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Approximately 5-10 years of relevant project finance experience. Demonstrated experience in infrastructure and manufacturing sectors. Strong exposure to both domestic and international financing transactions. Sound understanding of financial modelling, banking regulations, foreign currency facilities, hedging and loan documentation.
