We are seeking a Project Engineer Networking with 47 years of experience in telecommunications, network infrastructure, or communication systems. The role covers network engineering, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate customer and project requirements into practical network and communication solutions.

- Support IP network design, topology, addressing, equipment configuration, and system integration.

- Install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and commission network and communication equipment.

- Conduct FAT/SAT, commissioning, acceptance testing, and coordinate defect resolution.

- Troubleshoot network, hardware, software, configuration, and integration issues.

- Coordinate with customers, Project Managers, vendors, suppliers, technicians, and subcontractors.

- Supervise installation and commissioning activities and provide technical direction to field teams.

- Prepare and maintain network configurations, test reports, commissioning records, as-builts, and technical documentation.

- Manage technical NCRs, corrective actions, risks, and project technical issues.

- Support equipment procurement, vendor coordination, project reporting, and system handover.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in project engineering, network engineering, telecommunications, or communication systems.





- Bachelors degree in Communications, Electrical, Computer, Software, Systems Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related discipline.

- Strong hands-on experience with IP networking, TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLANs, routing, switching, IP addressing/subnetting, redundancy, and network troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of Network Management Systems (NMS), SNMP, monitoring, alarms, and fault management.

- Experience with network equipment installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and system integration.

- Solid technical troubleshooting, documentation, coordination, and customer-facing skills.

- Experience managing engineers, technicians, contractors, suppliers, and multiple project activities.

Desirable

- CCNA/CCNP, Juniper, Fortinet, Huawei, Network+, or equivalent certification.

- Experience in telecommunications, rail, utilities, defence, industrial, or critical infrastructure environments.

- Experience with large-scale network projects, multiple vendors, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and technical handover.

- Willingness to travel to factory, project, and customer sites as required.
