Project Design & Execution – Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Project Management: Handle projects from initial concept and planning through design, development, execution, commissioning and successful completion.
- Project Design: Prepare professional project designs, layouts, drawings and technical documentation as per client requirements and site conditions.
- AutoCAD: Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred for preparing, modifying and interpreting project-related drawings and layouts.
- Site Survey: Conduct site surveys, understand site conditions, take required measurements and prepare appropriate solutions/designs accordingly.
- Drawing & Documentation: Read, understand and prepare technical drawings, layouts, schematics and other project-related documents.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements, clarify technical matters, provide updates and ensure smooth project execution.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate closely with sales, technical, purchase, stores, service and management teams to ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Contractor / Agency Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and other agencies involved in the project and ensure work is carried out as per approved design, specifications and timelines.
- Project Scheduling:



Prepare and maintain project schedules, track progress, identify delays and take timely corrective actions to keep the project on schedule.
- Execution: Take direct involvement and ownership in project execution, including site supervision, installation, testing, commissioning and handover wherever required.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure execution is carried out professionally and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and client requirements.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical and execution-related issues at site and coordinate with relevant teams to implement practical and timely solutions.
- Project Closure: Ensure proper testing, documentation, snag rectification, client coordination and successful handover/closure of the project.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
