Critical Role and Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Scheduling: Prepare project schedules, work plans, milestone tracking, and resource planning aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
2. Project Coordination & Execution Monitoring: Coordinate with design, procurement, commercial, and execution teams to ensure smooth projects progress and timely completion.
3. Timeline & Progress Tracking: Monitoring project progress against approved schedules and identify delays, risks, or bottlenecks impacting delivery timelines.
4. Client Coordination & Reporting: Participate in client meetings, progress reviews, and provide regular updates on project status, timeline, and actions plans.
5. Resource & Workflow Management: Coordinate manpower allocation, workflow planning, and task prioritization to optimize project execution efficiency.
6. Risk Identification & Issue Resolution: Identify project risks, coordination gaps, and execution issues while supporting timely corrective actions.
7. Documentation & MIS Reporting: Maintain project documentation, reports, MOMs, trackers, and ensure timely submissions of project MIS and status updates.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with consultants, vendor, contractors, and internal teams for approval material readiness, and execution alignment.

Quality & Compliance Monitoring: Ensure project activities comply with company standards, approved processes, quality benchmark, and client requirements Non-Critical Role and Responsibilities

4. Participate in process improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Architecture / Project Management

Master’s Degree Preferred

Experience

2-3 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out / commercial interiors / construction projects preferred.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
