Candidate Strictly Aerospace Background and Program / Project Management Department

Role & Responsibilities

- Customer & Program Management: Act as the day-to-day point of contact for Rolls Royce on NPI (New Product Introduction) programs, supporting the Senior Program Manager.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain and update program schedules, trackers, and dashboards. Prepare accurate, data-driven status updates for internal stakeholders and customer reviews.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Production, and Quality teams to ensure alignment on milestones and program goals.
- Risk Mitigation: Monitor deliverables and dependencies. Track action items, maintain comprehensive risk/issue registers, and follow up for prompt closure.
- Process Compliance: Implement Rolls Royce NPI and Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) processes.
- Audit Readiness: Support governance and documentation requirements to ensure readiness for both internal and customer audits.
- Escalation:



Identify and escalate critical bottlenecks proactively to ensure timely resolution.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech), Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in project or program coordination.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command over MS Office applications, specifically Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project (or equivalent project management software).
- Functional Skills: Solid analytical and organizational abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Behavioral Traits: Excellent cross-functional communication skills, sharp problem-solving capabilities, and a high attention to detail.
