Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee overall project execution for large-scale high-rise residential developments.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, construction quality and site execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Review project progress and address execution challenges and site-level issues.
- Oversee construction activities and ensure adherence to approved plans, specifications and project requirements.
- Drive effective coordination across multiple stakeholders to achieve project milestones.

Requirements

- 25+ years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
- Solid experience in large-scale high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.
- Strong site execution and PMC experience.
- Hands-on experience with Aluform and/or precast-based construction/shuttering systems.
- Strong understanding of construction project execution and project coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
