? 1. PROJECT ENGINEERS – SITE / EXECUTIONExperience: 2+ Years

- HVAC / Cleanroom / MEPF site execution
- Project planning & daily site coordination
- Manpower & material planning
- Vendor / subcontractor coordination
- Site measurements, progress monitoring & reporting
- Knowledge of drawings and BOQ
- Willingness to travel to project sites

? 2. PURCHASE & OPERATIONS ENGINEERSExperience: 2+ Years

- Procurement of HVAC / Cleanroom / MEPF materials
- Vendor development & negotiation
- Enquiry → quotation comparison → PO → delivery follow-up
- Material planning & inventory coordination
- Coordination with project and site teams
- Solid follow-up and commercial understanding

? 3. DESIGN & ESTIMATION ENGINEERSExperience: 2+ Years





- HVAC / Cleanroom / MEPF design & estimation
- BOQ & quantity take-off
- Costing and techno-commercial estimation
- HVAC equipment selection & basic calculations
- Preparation of quotations and technical offers
- AutoCAD knowledge preferred
- Experience in Cleanroom / Pharma projects will be an advantage

? LOCATIONKandivali West, Mumbai

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical / HVAC / relevant engineering discipline
