Hiring: Project Director – Powai, Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead and manage large-scale residential/high-rise construction projects from inception to completion.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project execution from planning, design, construction to completion and handover.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, quality, safety, and overall project delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, PMC teams, and other stakeholders.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, delays, and technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory, and project requirements.
- Drive coordination across Civil, Structural, MEP, Planning, Contracts, and other functions.

? Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech – Civil Engineering





- Experience: 18+ years of overall experience
- Robust end-to-end project management and execution experience in large-scale residential/high-rise projects.
- Experience handling clients, consultants, contractors, and large project teams.
- Strong exposure to project planning, execution, quality, safety, cost, and project controls.
- Experience managing projects from concept/design stage through completion and handover.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
